University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 3 Therapy Assistant for the Stroke and Neuro Therapy Team at Good Hope Hospital in Sutton Coldfield. The ideal candidate should be dynamic, motivated, and possess excellent communication skills. The role involves supporting both Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy disciplines to enhance multidisciplinary teamwork and provide effective rehabilitation for stroke and neurological patients in a new 24-bedded acute stroke unit and other acute wards.

Key responsibilities include assisting therapists in patient assessment and treatment, maintaining therapy documentation, data entry, equipment ordering, and participating in patient discharge processes. Candidates must have a strong interest in stroke and neurological conditions, good IT skills, and a readiness to develop their therapeutic capabilities.
