This role involves supporting a group of homes across the North of England and Scotland to increase occupancy. The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for all sales activity for the homes, including talking to potential new residents, providing informative and welcoming tours, engaging with residents and relatives, responding to sales enquiries, and actively generating leads and identifying local marketing opportunities. Excellent communication skills. Ability to present to individuals and groups. Experience building relationships within a local community. Full UK driving licence. Talking to potential new residents over the phone, and providing informative and welcoming tours of the homes. Engage with residents and relatives to understand their experience and requirements.
