Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Therapeutic Radiographer for the position of Operational Lead / Associate Head of Radiotherapy in London. This role focuses on overseeing the daily operations of the Radiotherapy department, ensuring compliance with performance indicators and managing Trust HR requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in implementing specialized radiotherapy techniques, advancing service development, and leading the audit and research initiatives to enhance patient care.

Collaboration with the Head of Radiotherapy and other clinical leaders is essential, as the operational lead will provide technical expertise and support in delivering high-quality, patient-centered services. The position requires flexibility in work hours, including on-call duties and coverage during weekends and holidays, to ensure the seamless functioning of the department.
