The role of Band 6 Bank Estates Officer at Avon & Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership NHS Trust involves managing the upkeep of the Trust's estate on an ad-hoc basis. The successful candidate will assist with maintenance contract arrangements, collaborate with operational staff to meet estate needs, contribute to refurbishment programs, and ensure compliance with technical statutory requirements. Candidates should possess extensive experience in estate maintenance, with a focus on either building fabric or building services (mechanical/electrical). Experience in supervising work in healthcare settings, particularly in mental health or elderly care, is advantageous. The position is based in Wiltshire and/or Bristol.
