The Mid and South Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Therapy Assistant to join the Medical Therapy team at Basildon Hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in a healthcare setting and will work closely with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists to enhance patient mobility and implement exercise and therapy programs. Responsibilities include delivering daily patient care, collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams during board rounds, and independently managing therapy treatments as guided by qualified therapists.
