As part of our trust's ambitious digital journey, we are also implementing a new Electronic Patient Record (EPR) system. Your expertise will be crucial in extracting, analysing, and visualising data from this new system to ensure it delivers maximum value for clinicians and patients alike.

As an experienced BI developer, the post holder will design and implement business intelligence solutions to support data reporting at the trust. They will be proficient in the use of innovative software including Power BI, Power Automate and Python, and have the skills and knowledge to analyse health-related data.
As a key member of the trust's development team, they will play an important role in the design and implementation of the trust's business intelligence solutions, using version control software such as GIT to maintain quality, and follow software development project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum to ensure adequate documentation of all data structures, feeds, scripts, and processes are maintained.
They will develop new dashboards in Power BI, bringing together data from multiple sources to provide useful insights for clinical and operational colleagues at the trust.
