The Payroll Coordinator at InHealth Group, located in High Wycombe, will be instrumental in delivering accurate and timely payroll processing and benefits administration for the organisation. This full-time, hybrid role involves managing the payroll for two monthly cycles, maintaining accurate payroll information in the iTrent HR system, and handling employee payroll queries. The coordinator will also oversee pension-related processes, ensure compliance with legislation regarding court orders and payroll taxes, and collaborate closely with Finance and HR teams.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and exceptional customer service skills, along with proficiency in payroll systems (especially iTrent) and Microsoft applications.
