The role of Medical Secretary Team Leader at Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust involves leading a Secretarial Team to deliver high-quality administrative support to the department and management team. The full-time position requires the individual to handle correspondence, telephone, and personal inquiries, ensuring accurate messaging and effective communication. The Team Leader will manage referrals, test results, and maintain filing systems while ensuring compliance with clerical procedures linked to admissions and appointments.

Key responsibilities include managing communications, overseeing the transcription of dictation, and ensuring timely processing of all documents. The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Service Manager and be proactive in tasks such as incoming mail distribution and maintaining good clerical practices.
