We are looking for a resilient, robust, self motivated clerical officer to join our clerical team. The successful applicant will provide a booking service to District Nurses, Treatment Rooms, Bladder & Bowel and Podiatry.

Bolton NHS Foundation Trust and Bolton Borough Council are working in partnership to deliver efficient and effective patient-centred, integrated services across the health economy to reduce hospital admissions and support people to remain at home.

In order to meet this objective, we are seeking to appoint a Clerical Officer who is a flexible individual with excellent communication, IT and organisational skills to become part of the clerical team within the Integrated Community Services Division.

The role will be part of a clerical team that works over seven days between the hours of 8am and 5pm, . This is a 365 days a year service. which includes all bank holidays.

Duties will include: Processing referrals, inputting data, taking telephone queries, preparing reports, booking appointments, cancelling clinics, booking appointments photocopying and other general office duties.

Experience of working within healthcare would be preferable though full training will be provided.
