We are looking for a proactive, energetic, and flexible receptionist to join our team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and flexible individual to join or team of receptionists. As a receptionist, you will be the face for the Allum Medical Centre, supporting patients with appointments, queries and requests, either in person, over the phone, via email or using eConsult, so being a strong communicator is essential. You will work closely with the Reception Manager, the reception team, and other non-clinical and clinical colleagues, but it is important you have the ability to work either independently or as part of a team, as the work is varied. Prior experience working in a GP surgery is required, however, training will be given, and the ability to navigate around various IT programs is essential.
Meet & Greet patients, visitors, and contractors. Assist patients with appointments, queries, and requests, in a polite, professional, and timely manner. Support both clinical or non-clinical colleagues with requests. Basic administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy, and more. A full job description will be given to the successful candidate.
