The Somerset NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Service Group Director for Mental Health and Learning Disabilities to lead and enhance their services in Taunton. This full-time, permanent position (Band 9, £105,385 to £121,271 per annum) involves overseeing clinical and non-clinical performance, governance, quality, financial management, and human resources within the service group. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans, promoting a culture aligned with the trust's values, ensuring patient and stakeholder engagement, and managing the budget for sustainability.
