CHEC is seeking flexible Bank Ophthalmic Theatre Practitioners in Warrington to join their expanding team. This role offers the opportunity for practitioners to manage their own rotas while providing patient-centered care throughout the entire surgical pathway, including pre-admission, surgery, and post-operative management. Key responsibilities include conducting preoperative assessments, performing diagnostic tests, and assisting surgeons in ophthalmic procedures, all while adhering to AfPP good practice guidelines.

The key responsibilities of the Theatre Practitioner will be to focus on patient centric care, participating in the entire pathways for all patients from pre-admission, surgery, and post-operative management. You will be an experienced Theatre Practitioner undertaking preoperative assessment, diagnostics testing, and theatre scrub under AfPP good practice guidance.
