As a lead specialist in Paediatric Respiratory Nurse, you will be an identified key worker for a patient caseload, accepting referrals to agreed criteria, coordinating treatment and care whilst practicing autonomously as a core member of theChildren's Community Specialist Nursingteam.
The post holder will be expected to demonstrate a higher level of practice in both direct care of patients and in their ability to plan and develop services to support patient care. Utilising the skills of leadership, clinical expertise, evidence-based practice and innovation, the post holder will facilitate and deliver care, which is patient centered, safe, and effective.
