The Community Practitioner role at Cumbria, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear (CNTW) NHS Foundation Trust involves joining the Children & Young People's Mental Health Service in Carlisle. This position requires a passionate individual dedicated to supporting children, young people, and their families through mental health challenges. The practitioner will work within a multi-disciplinary team to provide assessments, crisis interventions, and tailored care plans for individuals aged 0-18 struggling with various mental health issues, including learning disabilities and ADHD.

The role emphasises delivering evidence-based clinical and psychological interventions, coordinating treatment planning, and maintaining regular reviews to adapt care as necessary. Additionally, the practitioner will offer clinical supervision, ensure high-quality individualized care, and collaborate closely with families, carers, and external agencies to promote recovery and well-being.
