The James Paget University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking skilled bank staff nurses to join their team in Great Yarmouth. The role involves assessing patient care needs, implementing and evaluating care programs without direct supervision, and maintaining high standards of nursing practice within the ward or department. Nurses are expected to ensure patient safety by adhering to Trust policies, providing mentorship to new and student nurses, and undertaking enhanced roles following training, such as IV drug administration and ECG recording.
