The Senior Service Support Analyst role at NHS England's Workforce Training and Education, Data & Analytics Team involves providing first-line service desk support, addressing IT issues, and ensuring quality service delivery. Key responsibilities include triaging requests, escalating urgent issues, managing routine and complex inquiries, and maintaining communication with stakeholders. The analyst will support the Service Manager and Data Collections Lead by managing service infrastructure and data, logging and updating requests, and creating training materials for users. Excellent IT, technical, and communication skills are essential, along with a commitment to continuous improvement and collaboration with colleagues. The position is available in London, Leeds, or nationally, and applicants from the NHS are encouraged to seek secondment approval prior to applying.
