The post holder will work as a member of (PCN) Primary Care Network 3 which is made up of 7 GP practices based in North London working for there general practice team and under the supervision of the registered nurses to both organise and facilitate care to provide holistic and proactive care to patients registered at the practice.
The tasks listed in this job role could be included but are not limited to them. This role may evolve in line with the practices and PCN requirements.
Starting salary £30,000 negotiable based on experience.
*Option if interested to also work Saturday and evenings as part of an Extended Access service*
