The nursing associate will act professionally, make evidence-based decisions, and support patients in improving their overall health and wellbeing. The role requires an understanding of professional boundaries, proactive development of skills, and the ability to recognize and adapt to changing priorities. The associate will assist the clinical team in delivering patient care in accordance with practice guidelines while contributing to a supportive healthcare environment.
The post holder will work as a member of (PCN) Primary Care Network 3 which is made up of 7 GP practices based in North London working for there general practice team and under the supervision of the registered nurses to both organise and facilitate care to provide holistic and proactive care to patients registered at the practice.
The tasks listed in this job role could be included but are not limited to them. This role may evolve in line with the practices and PCN requirements.
Starting salary £30,000 negotiable based on experience.
*Option if interested to also work Saturday and evenings as part of an Extended Access service*

About us
Working under the supervision of the PCN and Training Hub nurses and strictly in accordance with specific practice guidelines and protocols, the nursing associate will assist the PCN clinical team in the provision and delivery of prescribed programmes of patient care. This role may evolve in line with the practices and PCN requirements.
