Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board is seeking a qualified and motivated Operating Department Practitioner (Anaesthetic ODP) or Registered Nurse (RN) with anaesthetic qualifications to join the Theatre team at Glan Clwyd Hospital in Bodelwyddan, Denbighshire. This role involves providing high-quality patient care throughout the peri-operative period, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team across various specialities, including Maxillo Facial, Urology, and Orthopaedics. The successful candidate will also engage in the training of students and other staff members while contributing to the organisation and management of clinical areas.

The position requires the post holder to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate evidence-based care, acting autonomously while ensuring patient needs are met. In addition to technical responsibilities, participation in clinical audits and trials is encouraged to drive improvements in practice. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, but applications are welcome from both English and Welsh speakers.
