The Rotherham NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a qualified emergency nurse for the position of Senior Sister/Charge Nurse in their Urgent and Emergency Care Centre. This part-time role, requiring 23.67 hours per week, involves leadership and coordination of high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, conducting staff appraisals, ensuring compliance with mandatory training, and enhancing both staff and patient experiences.
