The Compliance Manager for the Estates and Facilities Directorate at Surrey and Sussex Healthcare NHS Trust plays a crucial role in overseeing the compliance and governance of the Directorate's activities, ensuring adherence to legislative requirements while prioritizing the safety of patients, visitors, and staff. This role involves delivering compliance and performance reports, managing budgets and staff, and contributing to the implementation of service strategies aimed at departmental improvements.

In addition, the Compliance Manager is responsible for developing performance reporting systems to support financial business plans, demonstrating the achievements and efficiencies of the Estates and Facilities services. The position requires active participation in Trust working groups related to compliance, with an expectation for hands-on involvement when necessary.
