The NHS Bath and North East Somerset, Swindon, and Wiltshire Integrated Care Board (ICB) is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join their All-Age Continuing Care team as a CHC/FNC Nurse Practitioner in Devizes. This role involves supporting the assessment and review process for NHS Continuing Healthcare (CHC) and Funded Nursing Care (FNC) while providing line management for Assistant Practitioners.
