The Health Care Assistant role at Tees Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Foundation Trust in Stockton focuses on providing care for clients with severe learning disabilities and complex physical health needs. In addition to providing daily support, the Health Care Assistant will work closely with the Home Manager to evaluate care plans and address residents' needs effectively.
