The role of Trainee Supervising Practitioner - MHST with Compass in Birmingham offers an opportunity for a dedicated mental health professional to make a significant impact on the lives of children and young people (CYP) through early intervention in mental health services. This position is part of the innovative Mental Health Support Teams (MHSTs) initiative, aimed at providing timely and appropriate support tailored to the needs of CYP and their families. Successful candidates will engage in delivering training, evidence-based interventions, and consultations, while being supported to develop skills in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)-informed supervision.

Applicants should have at least one year of post-qualification experience in a children and young people mental health setting. Upon acceptance into the training program, they will progress to Band F with a salary range of £37,092 - £45,347, along with further training opportunities.
