The University Hospital of North Midlands NHS Trust is seeking dedicated and passionate Community Midwives to join their community midwifery team in Stoke on Trent. Midwives will work within small, well-led teams across five community hubs, managing an allocated caseload and providing antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care. They will have the opportunity to maintain their intrapartum skills by working one shift bi-weekly at the Midwife Birth Centre. Essential qualities for this role include excellent communication skills, versatility, and the ability to work autonomously while adhering to Trust guidelines and NMC codes of practice.

Candidates should possess a valid PIN number and be willing to engage in team collaboration, mentorship, and continuity of care while managing unsociable hours and on-call responsibilities. This rotational position offers experience across different aspects of maternity care and emphasises high-quality, safe care for women and their families.
