We Are With You is seeking an Independent Prescriber specializing in Substance Misuse to join their clinical team in Wigan. This role is ideal for first-level Registered Nurses or Registered Pharmacists who are passionate about community healthcare, particularly in supporting individuals dealing with substance misuse issues. The successful candidate will engage in assessing and developing treatment plans, providing harm reduction advice, and promoting proactive education within underserved communities. Collaboration with clinical leadership and recovery workers will ensure the safe and effective delivery of care.
