Nursery Assistant Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship Salary: £16,530.50 + Outer London HCAS - £4,551= £21,.50 per annum

Apprentice is working towards the attached job description and should not be expected to perform the full duties of the role until competencies are signed off
To assist the Nursery Manager, Deputy Manager and your Base room Nursery Nurse in the provision of the day care for children of staff working at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
Active member of the team in providing a safe, stimulating and emotionally safe environment for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
To adhere to Nursery, Ofsted, EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) National Curriculum and The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust Policies and procedures, including Safeguarding, Health and Safety, and Behaviour Management Policy.
Take an active role in the base room and in the garden area.
To always supervise children, in all areas.
To promote good working relationships between staff and parents.

The Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust has 3 work place Nurseries taking children from 6 months to 5 years -Monday to Friday. We provide the children with a safe, stimulating, caring and anti-discriminatory environment. We aim to work in partnership with parents to best meet the individual needs of the children.
