Hertfordshire Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinical Psychologist, Health Psychologist, or Psychotherapist to join their well-regarded team in Watford. This role is integral to an innovative service that combines physical and mental health care, primarily focusing on supporting individuals with diabetes, particularly young adults with type 1 diabetes. Responsibilities include conducting psychological assessments, providing evidence-based treatments, offering consultation to non-psychology colleagues, and training staff across various care sectors.

The successful candidate will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supporting the implementation of psychological interventions and managing a small caseload of complex clients. They will oversee the governance of psychological practices within the service and contribute to research and policy development. The position requires the ability to work autonomously while adhering to professional guidelines and the team's policies.
