As a Second Chef at Barchester Healthcare, you will assist the Head Chef in developing and delivering high-quality, seasonal menus for the residents. You will work closely with the residents to tailor the menus to their preferences and needs, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience. The role also involves managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, completing regular audits, and maintaining stock control within a defined budget. 30 hours per week - 3 x 10 hour shifts - 07:30am-5:30pm
