A dynamic and enthusiastic associate practitioner is required to work in a busy award winning mental health physical health and wellbeing service. This post will be for an agile worker supporting existing physical health and wellbeing services, but also working alongside additional teams such as older peoples, EIP and IOT teams.
The successful applicant will have a good knowledge of physical health in mental health and be able to demonstrate a passion for this area. The post holder will also need the ability to work agilely and posses skills in venepuncture and ECG recording. An understanding of community physical health services and voluntary sector will also be an advantage.
