The Norfolk and Waveney Integrated Care Board is seeking a Head of Population Health and Data Analysis - Medicines Optimisation, a key leadership position within their Medicines Optimisation team. The role involves leading efforts to address health inequalities and optimize prescribing strategies by leveraging data insights and innovative solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy management, data analysis, and population health, with experience in developing dashboards, managing budgets, and driving system-wide improvements.

In this role, the Head will oversee a team to implement strategic plans, manage change with stakeholders, and reduce health disparities in the local population. Responsibilities include developing programs for cost and quality improvements using medicines and devices, leading the annual Prescribing Incentive Scheme, and acting as the lead for Genomics and Research within the team. The position allows for remote work with no weekend or on-call duties, fostering collaboration with other Pillar Heads to shape the future of healthcare in the region.
