We are recruiting for an Evaluation, Research, and Insight Officer to join our team in Practitioner Performance Advice. You will be working with a range of senior specialists across the Advice service and external stakeholders including health care organisations and national bodies.
The post holder will support a number of work areas, including but not limited to:
Ideally you'll be experienced in delivering high quality analysis and reports that have contributed to improved knowledge and the improvement of services and have worked in a similar role in, for example, the research, health, charity, or public sector.
Some of the main duties of this role will include analysing complex information (qualitative and quantitative) and writing reports with clarity and concision, making recommendations based on thorough and robust research of the options available.
A key aspect of the role, will be to support the evaluation planning process to develop high quality evaluations that produce actionable learning to ensure continuous development.
Furthermore the post holder will need to ensure momentum of projects is sustained through continuous engagement and communication, following up tasks and prompt escalation of issues, risks and progress through appropriate channels.
