The Norfolk & Suffolk Foundation NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to join their Suffolk Crisis Response and Home Treatment Team (CRHTT) based in Ipswich. This role is suited for experienced mental health professionals passionate about managing risk and providing intensive, community-based support to adults in mental distress, with a focus on alternative treatment methods to hospital admissions. The position requires autonomy in care provision, effective communication with a diverse patient base, and exceptional decision-making skills, all while navigating an evolving and supportive team environment.

Staff will engage with patients in various community settings, providing triage, assessment, and intensive support around the clock, typically working long shifts of 3-4 days per week.
