The role of Senior Health Care Support Worker (SHCSW) at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust involves providing direct care to patients within the Surgical Assessment Unit, which specializes in various surgical disciplines. The position requires working under the guidance of Registered Practitioners to deliver high-quality, compassionate healthcare according to established care plans.
