The role of Therapy Assistant Practitioner at Aneurin Bevan University Health Board involves joining the Weight Management Service to provide education and support to individuals, including adults, children, and young people dealing with complex obesity. The post holder will manage a dedicated caseload aimed at helping patients achieve their weight loss goals and will collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver effective weight management interventions.

Key responsibilities include coordinating care, evaluating the effectiveness of interventions, and supporting registered dietitians and other clinicians within a multidisciplinary team. The position is based at St Cadocs Hospital, with travel to various sites required for service delivery. Proficiency in Welsh is desirable, but candidates who speak English or Welsh are encouraged to apply.
