Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Band 5 Staff Nurse to join their Urology service at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend. The role involves providing patient-centered care and supporting various nurse-led clinics, including bladder scans, intermittent self-catheterisation, and bladder intravesical therapy. Although prior Urology experience is not required, candidates must be NMC registered, and training will be provided. The successful candidate should possess strong assessment and communication skills, be adaptable to changes, and be a supportive team player.

In this position, the Staff Nurse will collaborate with Clinical Nurse Specialists and assist in procedures such as flexible cystoscopies and urodynamic studies. Responsibilities also include making referrals to other health professionals and providing telephone support to patients and healthcare providers. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable, and applicants who are Welsh or English speakers are encouraged to apply.
