The University of Worcester is seeking a Lecturer/Senior Lecturer (Teaching) in Nursing to join the Three Counties School of Nursing and Midwifery, which is known for its innovative and high-quality nursing programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching in the pre-registration nursing portfolio, including BSc and apprenticeship courses, and will play a key role in curriculum development by designing engaging and inclusive teaching materials that integrate theory with clinical practice.

In addition to delivering core subject content, the role involves assessing student progress, supervising projects, and acting as a Personal Academic Tutor. The candidate will contribute to module leadership, quality assurance processes, and support external quality inspections while remaining engaged in professional development and research activities.
