Key responsibilities include assisting registered clinicians in delivering patient-centered care that respects the dignity and privacy of service users, engaging in daily living activities, participating in therapeutic group work, and facilitating community connections for young people. The Trust values candidates with lived experience of mental health issues and seeks individuals who demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, resilience in crisis situations, and a commitment to supporting young people's recovery and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates will possess relevant qualifications or equivalent experience, though specific mental health experience is not mandatory. The Trust emphasises values over experience, promoting a diverse workforce capable of providing compassionate care.
