The Tameside and Glossop Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clerical Officer for a fixed-term position of 5 months, beginning February 17, 2025, to cover maternity leave. This full-time role, based at Selbourne House in Hyde, involves supporting the transfer of children's community health records as they move between GP services or areas. The successful candidate will be part of the Central Admin Support team, ensuring the safe handling and accurate recording of both electronic and paper health records for community clinics, particularly those related to Health Visiting and School Nursing.

Candidates must demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data entry and spreadsheet management. Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, are essential as the role requires regular liaison with various health services and responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders. The working hours are Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with adherence to established processes and procedures being critical for success in this role.
