Coventry and Warwickshire Mind is seeking a passionate Mental Health Practitioner to support children and young people aged 5-18 across Coventry and Warwickshire. This role involves delivering early intervention and prevention activities, including therapeutic groups, mental health awareness sessions, resilience workshops, and one-on-one self-help guidance in various settings such as schools and community venues. The practitioner will focus on ensuring that the voices of children and young people are prioritized in their care, promoting emotional resilience, and collaborating with families and professionals to navigate mental health resources in the community.

Candidates should possess practical experience working with children and young people, a strong understanding of mental health issues relevant to this demographic, and an ability to engage effectively with families. A commitment to inclusivity, equality, and the active participation of young people in decision-making processes is essential. The position offers a salary of £24,088 per annum for 37 hours per week, along with various benefits, including annual leave, wellness days, and professional development opportunities.
