Hampshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking enthusiastic Homecare Support Workers to join their team at the Winchester Hospice, providing care for palliative care patients in home settings. This role involves assisting qualified health professionals to deliver high-quality, compassionate healthcare to patients at various stages of their disease. The organisation emphasises flexibility in working arrangements, considering requests for part-time and adaptable schedules.
We looking to recruit enthusiastic and passionate Homecare Support Workers to work at our Winchester Hospice and support our patients within their home setting.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the fantastic team who will work in the newWinchester Hospice, caring for Palliative Care patientsat all different stages of their disease trajectory.The role of the Clinical Support Worker is to assist and support the qualified health professionals in ensuring optimal care for our patients. The delivery of high quality, effective and compassionate health care to the patients of the Hampshire Hospitals Foundation Trust is the most important objective for the organisation.
