Job Opportunity: Band 6 Triage Mental Health Practitioner

Location: The Sophie Centre, The Julian Hospital, Norwich

Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday (office hours)

We are seeking a dedicated Band 6 Triage Mental Health Practitioner to join our team at The Sophie Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for triaging new referrals and overseeing patient transfers within the service. You will play a crucial role in ensuring patients receive timely and appropriate care, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

Registered Mental Health Nurse or equivalent professional qualification

Experience in mental health triage or similar roles

Strong communication and organizational skills
