Our client is looking to come out of their supported living arrangement and move into their own home. You will be responsible for supporting their transition in this period and maintaining their health after.
The Spinal Injury Support Worker (Waking Nights) role involves engaging with personalised routines, completing daily living activities, administering medication, providing emotional support, and maintaining accurate records of care. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar complex care role, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
