The East Suffolk and North Essex NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Full-Time Occupational Health Clinic Nurse to join their teams at Ipswich and Colchester Hospitals. Candidates must be Registered Nurses, and while prior Occupational Health or Practice Nurse experience is preferred, it is not mandatory as comprehensive training will be provided. The role includes a structured induction and training on Occupational Health competencies.

Key responsibilities involve promoting health and well-being, assessing workplace risks, conducting health screenings, pre-placement screenings, managing needle stick injuries, administering immunisations, and performing venepuncture. The nurse will also support clients through various tests, including audiometry, eye tests, urine samples, lung function tests, and drug tests. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with experience in IT for record-keeping.
