Successful candidates will become key members of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized care plans within the framework of the Care Programme Approach. Applicants should align with the Trust's core values of continuous improvement, accountability, respect, enthusiasm, and support, and be prepared to direct unqualified staff to ensure high standards of care.

The role involves developing risk management plans, liaising with service users' families, communicating effectively within the team, and adhering to mental health legislation such as the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act. Additionally, nurses will coordinate therapeutic activities and ensure safe medication administration, as well as participate in care evaluation and strategy development based on evidence and research.
