The New Horizons Medical Partnership in Totton is seeking a Senior Administrator to join their GP Partnership Administration team, primarily based at the Forest Gate surgery but also requiring flexibility to work at the Totton Health Centre. This part-time position offers either 24 hours over four days (Tuesday-Friday) or 25 hours over five days (Monday-Friday). The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Managing Partner and HR Manager to perform a variety of administrative tasks, including handling confidential documentation and maintaining the new HR and practice software. Essential qualifications include excellent secretarial and administrative skills, proficiency in Word and Excel, and the ability to work independently.

Key responsibilities encompass general and HR administrative tasks, managing the recruitment process, coordinating staff training sessions, maintaining practice records, and organizing staff events. The role also involves managing appraisals, completing regulatory audits, and supporting the practice in achieving its quality targets. The candidate should be well-organized, highly motivated, and experienced in working in a confidential environment, while being prepared to take on additional duties as necessary.
