The North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Clinical Support Worker for their Surgical Day Case Unit/Elective Hub in Stockton-on-Tees. This role involves supporting the multi-professional team by performing duties designated by registered nurses, participating in the care and preparation of surgical patients, and providing post-operative care in a fast-paced, nurse-led perioperative environment across both North Tees and Hartlepool sites. Candidates should have NVQ Level 3 in Care or an equivalent qualification and must be adaptable, possess excellent communication skills, and preferably have experience in a surgical setting.

The Clinical Support Worker will promote patient-centered care, provide safe and effective support under the clinical governance framework, and contribute to service improvements by continually developing their skills and knowledge. Additionally, the role includes maintaining a clean and safe department, ensuring the delivery of compassionate care that aligns with the Trust's vision and objectives.
