The role of Advanced Clinical Practitioner at Gtd Healthcare in Oldham involves joining a forward-thinking urgent care team that recently gained Urgent Treatment Centre status. This position requires holistic assessment and management of patients with both minor and complex health needs. The practitioner will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to a diverse community, addressing issues like deprivation and multi-morbidity.
