The Primary Care Clinical Lead at HMP New Hall in Wakefield is responsible for overseeing a team of 15 healthcare professionals, including senior staff nurses, registered nurses, and healthcare assistants, in a female adult and young offenders institution. This full-time role requires the Lead to provide clinical leadership, manage healthcare services, and ensure high-quality patient care while modeling compassion and commitment. The position also involves coaching staff, participating in audits, developing protocols, and collaborating with partners to maintain robust health services.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, totaling 37.5 hours per week, with a salary range of £49,848 to £55,996 per annum, depending on experience.
