NHS Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board is seeking a Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) Programme Manager to oversee initiatives for children and young people aged 0-25 with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship-building skills and a solid understanding of SEND, along with experience in cross-organisational collaboration in both children's and adult services. The role involves championing SEND needs, leading program workstreams, ensuring quality assurance, and managing the overall integrity of the program, while also reporting progress to senior leadership teams.

The SEND Programme Manager will collaborate closely with the Designated Clinical Officer and commissioning teams to implement national policies and deliver necessary services. Responsibilities include preparing business cases and strategies, working with various agencies to drive transformational change, and ensuring statutory obligations are met.
