Are you looking a Prescriber looking for an exciting new opportunity? Broad Oak Medical Practice are looking for an ANP/ACP for 17.5hours per week. Key duties will include: Provide care for presenting patient from initial history taking clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care. You must demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnosis skills for patients within the general practice. You will work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of the patients, supporting delivery of policy and procedures and providing nurse leadership as required. About us What we can offer you as an ANP/ACP: Annual salary of up to £60,000 depending on qualifications and experience. 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata. 1 weeks paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year as well as in house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.
